Tacoma Purchasing a new vehicle can be a harrowing experience. Car salesmen can make things difficult through numerous ploys and tactics and they seem to have all the time in the world to engage in the process of negotiation. However, my experience with Antioch Toyota, notably with Mr. Hollis Browne was something of the opposite. He asked me what I was looking for and after getting my input, he was direct to the point and engaged me in the selection process. His transparency was commendable considering the shortage of vehicle supply due to the earthquake/tsunami disaster in Japan which affected the production of Toyota parts among other things. He showed me the supply situation in the Bay Area which included not only the vehicle but details like package, color,etc. After test driving the truck, we went to the numbers and this is where I really appreciated his overall professionalism. Of course, before visiting a dealerships. I have to do my homework and research. His figures were not far from mine, based on my research. We were not talking about MSRPs but Invoice Price which can save buyers a considerable amount. It was a painless process which took less than two (2) hours to my decision. After a week or so, I got a follow up call from Hollis inquiring about the truck i purchased from them. I gave him my input and he was so accommodating. He made me feel that the buying experience was not just a one shot deal and ultimately dealing with him and Antioch Toyota was not just purely an impersonal transaction but more of gaining a trustworthy friend. No doubt, if my wife would decide to upgrade her Sienna, I know now where to bring her. If ever you are in the market for a Toyota, I can recommend you to try Mr. Hollis Browne and his team and you won't get disappointed based on my recent experience. R. Miguel

Thank you soooo much! On Mother's Day 2011 my husband and I went to look for a truck to replace one that I had traded in for a sedan. We stopped by Antioch Toyota and we were greeted by Angel. I had explained to Angel my last horrible experience with another dealer and was honest to him about my distrust of large dealerships. I told him I was only here to see what Toyota Trucks have to offer and wasn't interested in buying a vehicle right NOW. He was understanding and did not pressure me in any way, but rather only showed me trucks that I had asked about. He was very kind and gentle mannered while I complained about what I went through before with a dealership. Although he explained how he feels customer should be treated, I was still hesitant and left. I thought he may call me to pester me but he did not... I went back the next day BECAUSE Angel was patient but it was his day off. His team partner Shawn was able to show me a truck that I had seen on the internet and very patiently answered all of my questions. He even called Angel to tell him that I was there and I felt good that he did that as a reassurance that he was following up on what Angel has started. To me that shows respect for his fellow worker and that in itself proved Shawn's character. He introduced me to Nick, his sales manager and he too understood why I had a sour spot seared into my mind from my previous experience. They both reiterated to me that customer service was something that they believed highly in and that if the customer is happy, then they have succeeded in their goal. I left. I came back. I bought the truck. Tatiana in financial explained all that I needed to know, she was detailed and thorough with everything and made sure I understood and was happy before I left her office. She knew I had concerns and made sure that all of my inquiries were met and answered appropriately.
She, Nick and Shawn saw to it that my new truck was exactly the way I wanted it (in terms of add-ons). And that it would be delivered as promised. As I walked out of Tatiana's office door I felt very satisfied and pleased with how they all took care of me. I no longer had worries and am very confident that these people were very sincere with me every step of the way. I vowed that I would tell my friends about them and my experience at Antioch Toyota. Thank you Angel, Shawn, Nick and Tatiana for making this buying experience a pleasure rather than something terrible as I had experienced with another dealership. Awesome Experience We purchased our new Rav4 from Antioch Toyota through Costco auto buy program. It was an awesome experience and I thank Jim and Hollis for their exceptional service. They knew everything about the car and very professionally answered all our questions. It was late Saturday but they stayed and didn’t hurry up a bit. Parts Department Every Time I have been into the parts department the gentelmen there have always been very nice. they have even installed my wipers for me for free. as an older widower this is the service that i appreciate. Great Sales Experience We purchased used 2006 Tundra from Sue Runge. The experience was so pleasant compared to all of our previous car buying experiences at other dealers. We negotiated a fair deal and were on our way to Finance in no time. Tatiana was quick and efficient and we were completed in 2 hours.
